၁။ ကရင်ပြည်နယ်၊ ဘားအံမြို့၊ ရတနာဒီပရပ်ကွက်၊ ကြာအင်းတောင်ပေါ်လမ်း၊ အိမ်အမှတ် [၉/၃၄(A)] တွင် ပါတီရုံးချုပ်တည်ရှိသော ပအိုဝ်းအမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးပါတီက နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများမှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းဥပဒေပုဒ်မ ၅ အရ နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီအဖြစ် မှတ်ပုံတင်ခွင့်ပြုရန် ၁၅-၇-၂၀၂၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် လျှောက်ထားလာပါသည်။ ယင်းသို့လျှောက်ထားရာတွင် ပါတီအမည်၊ အလံနှင့်တံဆိပ်တို့ကို ဖော်ပြပါအတိုင်း အသုံးပြုမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း တင်ပြလာပါသည်။
၂။ ယင်းအဖွဲ့အစည်းက အသုံးပြုမည့် ပါတီအမည်၊ အလံနှင့် တံဆိပ်တို့ကို ကန့်ကွက်လိုက ယခုကြေညာသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ (၇) ရက်အတွင်း ခိုင်လုံသော အထောက်အထားများဖြင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုရွေးကောက်ပွဲကော်မရှင်သို့ ကန့်ကွက်နိုင်ပါကြောင်း နိုင်ငံရေးပါတီများမှတ်ပုံတင်ခြင်းနည်းဥပဒေ ၁၄ (ဃ) အရ အများသိစေရန် ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။
