BRUTAL murdering cases happened in the nation as of 14 March 2021. As Phyo Zeyar Thaw (a) Maung Kyaw (a) Ye Khe, Kyaw Min Yu (a) Jimmy, Hla Myo Aung (a) Ko Myo (a) Wetgyi and Aung Thura Zaw (a) Gatone (a) Thura gave directives, made arrangements, and committed conspiracies for brutal and inhumane terror acts such as murdering, many innocent people died in cases. Hence, relevant military tribunals charged them for their cases under relevant sections of the Counter-Terrorism Law and the Penal Code and handed down the death sentence each to those four culprits. ၁။ စက်မှုဝန်ကြီးဌာန၊ အမှတ် (၂အကြီးစားစက်မှုလုပ်ငန်း၊ အမှတ် (၃၁) အကြီးစားစက်ရုံ (ဘိလပ်မြေစက်ရုံ-သရက်) အား ပြည်တွင်း/ ပြည်ပမှ ပုဂ္ဂလိကရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများနှင့် Public Private Partnership (PPP) ပုံစံဖြင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားမှုဖော်ပြခြင်း အဆိုပြုလွှာ (Expression of Interest - EoI) ခေါ်ယူသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၂။ စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသည့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုဆောင်ရွက်လိုသော ပြည်တွင်း/ ပြည်ပကုမ္ပဏီများသည် ၎င်းတို့၏ စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုဖော်ပြခြင်းအဆိုပြုလွှာကို နည်းပညာဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဌာန၊ အမှတ် (၂) အကြီးစားစက်မှု လုပ်ငန်း၊ ရုံးအမှတ်(၄၁) ၊ နေပြည်တော်၊ ပြည်ထောင်စုသမ္မတမြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်သို့လိပ်မူ၍ (၇.၉.၂ဝ၂၂) ရက်နေ့ ၊ ညနေ (၃:၀၀) နာရီ ( မြန်မာစံတော်ချိန် ) အရောက်ပေးပို့တင်ပြရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
၃။ အဆိုပြုလွှာပုံစံနှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို နည်းပညာဖွံ့ဖြိုးရေးဌာနအမှတ် (၂) အကြီးစား စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်း၊ ရုံးအမှတ် (၄၁) ၊ နေပြည်တော်တွင် လာရောက်ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
