58th Myanma Gems Emporium Concludes Successfully

The 58th Myanma Gems Emporium, organised by the Central Committee for Myanma Gems Emporium, took place successfully from March 17 to March 23, at the Maniradana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw, with the goal of generating foreign income for the government and economic fruitfulness for the populace.
Traders from abroad and locally crowded the emporium. A total of 290 lots were sold as the bids for 295 pearl lots were opened. Out of the 120 gem lots displayed, 77 were sold; out of the 2,150 jade lots displayed, 1,544 were sold.
In addition to 317 foreign traders, there were 2,393 local gems traders who visited the emporium. For pearl lots, gem lots, and jade lots, foreign gems traders paid with USD, EUR, Yuan, and THB, while local traders paid with MMK.
