Lease the shops
Apply the private application to Market Department who want to open shops at Municipal Market during the City boundary to lease.
Inspect shops which has appropriated well who want open shops at Municipal Market during the City boundary will be leased.
With the Committee arrangement, tender or auction after fixing the floor price, Department can lease the shops of empty, shops, and level of Market places.
Department has fixing the following price of taxes and charges and collect after registration and lease.
(a) Annually registration.
(b) Lease at a month in advanced.
(c) Insurance fee.
(d) Premium fees equal to 30 times of monthly fee of shop.
(e) Construction of shop.
Department must collect the following taxes and charges for temporary lease shop.
(a) Annual registration.
(b) Premium fee ( 15 times of shop ).
Lease shop has to pay to Department within 30 days the fixed taxes and charges from the day it has leased according to the fixed level of Market. If it is absence to pay Department has cancelled it.
When the rented shop has finished the pay of taxes and charges, Department has to issue registration book of leased shop.
The leased shops owner has fixed goods at the fixed shop.
Temporary closed of shops and re-seized the leased shops
Following likely cases are happened, Department can limited terms the leased shops.
(a) Argument broke out between the allowances of shop display.
(b) Violation discipline of observance to the leased shops.
(c) Rented shop has to face in the court that violated in the market or outside the market the exist law.
If the temporary closed leased shop being sent the application to show opening shop, the above mentioned clause (B)(C) facts will not again violate and give a promise and lease again.
If leased shop violate exist law and punishment, the said shop are re-seized.
The day within 90 of the temporary leased closed shop or closing day that the case finished within 30 days is again want to showing sent the application of reopen, Department can ceased and re-seized.
Department can other to lease the said re-seized.
Because of reasonable cases, rented shop are assigned (or) are closed completely, taxes and charges which related to leased shop are seized as fund of Committee.
According to the decision of Committee only to the shop leasing if the shop is destroyed by natural disaster or because of unavoidable case.
Render to leased shops
Application of rented shop name changing
If the leased shop filled in fixed form completely with the above mentioned papers who achieved the allowance and display in other way, Department can analysis and allow the leased shop.
(a) Origin papers which is transferred by the original leased shop.
(b) Origin papers of allowance at which Department had been rented by shop.
(c) Origin tax and charge receipt of leased shop.
(d) Origin monthly last payment of shop.
(e) Origin registration book of leased shop.
(f) Copy of NRC.
(g) List copy of censes.
(h) Two photos of license.
(i) Discipline of adding filling from Department.
Department fixed following tax and charge has to pay the market level and shop stage as the fee of registration name changing who has been the leased shop.
(a) Insurance fee.
(b) Annual registration.
(c) Service fee.
(d) Rented one month advanced.

(f) Fine fee.

(d) Admission that expressed, who owner of sub-rent shop will continue to sell origin of form.
Department has collected the fixed tax of sub-rent shop according to the levels of market.
Application of Helper
If apply with the fixed form who like to have Helper from leased shop owner or sub-rent shop owner in Municipal market, Department can scrutinized the following facts and permit.
(a) Brief history of helper.
(b) Promise Instrument that mentioned, leased shop or sub- rent shop will have to be responsible for the Helper.
(c) Promise Instrument that mentioned, registration fee has fixed pay by the leased shop or sub-rent shop for the Helper to Committee.

Application of Changing Goods

Collecting System of Shop Tax, Charge, and others
Each of every bazaar in the Markets Department's taxes and charges are like shop pay, meter pay, cards of selling items, receipt of tearing, long term land/ rented dormitory, shops/land/rented business earned Department, annual registration, leased shop pay, shop constriction, name changing pay, sub-rent pay, helper, beyond feet tax, bill board tax, toilet pay, car parking lot and general.
The following are the collection system and its tariff depends on the tax and charge.
(a) Shop pay-It is annual monthly collection and pay after receipt pressed by computer, the registration shops and temporarily registration shops. It is fixed to pay level of shop and the wide of shops.
(b) Mete pay-It is fixed, collection and pay for the time being.
(1) Depending on watt, if it use 12 hours, (40) watt then, costs 2000 kyats of shop.
(2) If it use bigger bazaar above 50000 unit, (use unit+10%)x160+ (500kyats/1000 kyats) maintenance of meter.
(3) If it use bigger bazaar above50000 unit, (use unit+10%)x110+(500kyats/1000kyats)maintenance of meter.
(4) If it use LED sign board( monthly pay=2000 kyats)
(c) Card of items-It is fixed 1500 with one card of items monthly who ever selling in the bazaar.
(d) Receipt of tearing- It is collection by the in charge of bazaar who sometimes sell card of items with receipt of tearing. From June 2011, it is collect a place 4x4 for the time being 50 kyats though formerly collected by contractor.
(e) Long term land and dormitory
It is fixed rent to pay depending on the location of market, storey/ shop and width.
Land tariff of rent rate is fixed depending on location of market, land rented and its width.
(f)Shop that earned Department/land/rent the business-monthly rent collection where empty hostels and lands in long term annually.
(g)Fee of annual registration- Department has rented the shops in the bazaar at Calendar year by year during the boundary of City Yangon. It promoted to registration the rented shops according to level of market after being yearly registration. Yearly registration has been completed one from 1st December to during 45 days. It will be added one time fine, if the payment is beyond January (15). But if the rented shop payment isn't more than Mach 31st, it can cease the rented shop. The collection for the time being annual fee is as follow-

(2) Temporary Registration Shop-Collection all of Market level in the same rate of premium fee;( 15 times of Shop Monthly Pay) + Registration Fee.
(i)Building of Shop-It is added building of shop while was estimated fixed of costs in building the shop at the higher market.
(j)Name Changing Fee- If application the rented shop apply to change the name of it, it will scrutinize stage by stage and change the name after collection of fixed tax and charge. It is collected the fixed rate the following for the time being-
(1) Registration Shop- It is collected shop pay + Premium Fee ( 30 times of shop pay) +Annual Registration + Insurance Fee ( the width of shop)+ Fine + Service fee in the “A” market level. It is collecting the rest market without any insurance fee.
(2) Temporary Registration Shop- It is collected Premium Fee ( 15 times of shop pay ) + Annual Registration + Fine + Service Fee in all market levels.

(k) Sub-rent Shop Pay- Committee owned rented shop name via sub-rent shop owner is collected 4500 to 10500 month by month which is the fixed rate.
(l) Helper-
In stall, except ranted shop or sub-rented shop, it is collected one time per year to tax of helper and it is collected by its tax 1000 kyat per year to current individually helper.
( m)Beyond Feet Tax- Collect monthly depend on more wide area than the permitted shop wide has to collect. Level of market that are collected monthly 900 kyats if it are beyond more one feet at Sanpya Ngamoeyeak market, Bogyoke Aung San market, Nyaungpinlay market. Theingyi market (A + B), Theingyi market ( C), Theingyi market (D), Theingyi market €, Bayintnaung market, and Hledan market respectively and others market collected 600 kyats each.
(n)Sign Board Tax- Fixed sign board tax is collected after scrutinized who forwarded to hang advertisement in the market in shop area, market hall and owned shop.
(1) Collected respectively of sign board which laid at the front of shop in market is 450 kyats per i8 ft one year, sign board which advertisement outside the market hall and market area by marketers' is 4500 kyars per from 18 ft to 10 sq ft for one year+ 11 sq ft to 20 sq ft costs 6750 kyats for one year,, 21 sq ft to 30 sq ft costs 9000 kyats for one year+ 31 sq ft to 40 sq ft costs 15000 kyats for one year+ 41 sq ft to 50 sq ft costs 13500 kyate for one year+ above 50 sq ft if one sq ft for one year will costs 1200 kyats respectively.
(2) At the front of market on the wall sign board the width and design which permitted Department had to set up, it cost 2000 kyats per 18 ft for one year and if sitting up with private and company it cost 5000 kyats per 18 ft .Permitted LED sign board in the market is collected rate of 25000 kyats per 18 feet for one year.
(3) According to the guidance of Committee, it is collected Bill Board at the front of the market 26666.66 rate.
(o) Toilet Fee- Toilets in the market have executed auction system or BOT system or contract system and 50 kyats individually who in.
(p) Automobile Parking Lot- Automobile Parking Lot is let them Auction or BOT system collecting in some market in some market and current Car Parking Lot rate is the following-
