Innocent Civilian Killed, Another Injured in Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorist Group in Nattalin Township of Bago Region

     In some townships across States and Regions, terrorists motivated by a radical ideology that views “anyone with differing views is an enemy” are conducting violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets are innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts. Using firearms and knives, these terrorists are committing brutal assassinations after accusing them of “spies, informants or decoys”. This strategy is intended to instill fear among peaceable civilians and create a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 11 November 2025 at 10:30 AM, a report stated that the body of a man with gunshot wounds and a woman with gunshot wounds were admitted to Nattalin Township Public Hospital in Bago Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victims were identified as U Win Khine (aka) Khine Khine (48 years old) and his daughter, Ma Zin Mar Khine (27 years old), both residents of Tha Khwut Kone Village in Nattalin Township. On 10 November 2025 at 10:00 PM, while the victims were at their house, five so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on them, accusing them of being “decoys”. As a result, U Win Khine (aka) Khine Khine died on the spot, while Ma Zin Mar Khine sustained gunshot wounds, it is reported.

     Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the aforementioned case, it is reported.
