Two innocent civilians were injured in a gun attack by so-called PDF terrorists in Ye Sagyo Township of Magway Region

     Terrorists have engaging in battles, carrying out attacks using heavy weapons, drones to drop bombs, and improvised explosive devices across towns and village in various states and regions. Moreover, they are committing inhuman acts of terror and criminal activities-including abducting and extorting money from local civilians and also election commission members, as well as killing.  

     On 7 December 2025 at 7:40 PM, security personnel arrived at the Pakokku Township General Hospital in Magway Region, following reports that two women had been injured by gunshots. Security personnel investigated the incident. Which incident found that Ma Hnin Ei Nwe (22 years old) and Daw Nu Nu Yi (32 years old) from Sithar Village, Ye Sagyo Township, were returning from Mandalay to Sithar Village by car at 2:00 PM, when they were attacked by a so-called PDF terrorists (under investigation) near Sithar Village, resulting in gunshot wounds to both of them.

     Regarding the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in accordance with standard procedures to identify, apprehend and take action against the terrorist involved, it is reported.
