So-Called PDF Terrorist Group Sends Threatening Letter to Township Education Officer’s Office in Tada-U Township of Mandalay Region

     The terrorists are carrying out acts of intimidation, abduction, extortion and assassination targeting administrative officials, civil servants from various departments, and innocent civilians. Their aim is to undermine national stability and peace and to disrupt administrative mechanisms.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 16 September 2025 at 9:40 PM, a report stated that a threatening letter was found in front of the Tada-U Township Education Officer’s Office in No.1 Ward, Tada-U Township of Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, the found a handwritten threatening letter titled “A Bullet of Education”, attached by a round of 9 MM. The letter was addressed to the District Education Officer, the Township Education Officer and staff, threatening them. Security personnel removed the letter, it is reported.

   Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the aforementioned case, it is reported.
