11 Innocent Civilians Injured in Drone Bomb Attack by KNU Terrorists and So-Called PDF Terrorists in Kot Pa Naw Village of Kyaikmaraw Township of Mon state

   With the intends to disrupt state stability and law enforcement operations and to instill fear and panic among the civilian population. Terrorists are carrying out subversive activities such as destroying roads and bridges using explosives, firing heavy weapons and dropping bombs on government buildings, residential neighborhoods, and villages. Furthermore, they are also attacking non-military tergets such as cargo trucks, passenger vehicles and civilian cars by carrying out shootings and planting mines.

   Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 2 September 2025, a combined group of KNU terrorists and so-called PDF terrorists conducted a drone attack by dropping bombs on a passenger vehicle at the crossroads of Kot Pa Naw Village in Kyaikmaraw Township of Mon state. As a result, nine male passengers, including the driver, and two female passengers, sustained shrapnel injuries.

  The injured individuals were transported to Kyaikmaraw Town Public Hospital for medical treatment. Security personnel members are also intensifying necessary security operations to be able to take action and respond against the terrorists, it is reported.
