Administrative Officials and Innocent Civilians Killed and Injured in Attacks by So-Called PDF Terrorists Tetkon Township of Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, Thegon Township of Bago Region and Myeik Township of Tanintharyi Region

The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorist groups known as the so-called PDFs. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 25 March 2026, 9:20 AM, U Aung Kyaw (55 years old), a resident of Lal Pyin Ma Village Tract Administrator and a resident of Htan Ta Pin Village in Tetkon Township of Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, was travelling by two motorcycles along with his nephews: Mg Kyaw Zaw Min and Mg Phyo Min Htet, his niece, Ma Su Mon Kyaw, to Oak Shik Kone Village. When they reached near the entrance of Htan Ta Pin Village, four so-called PDF terrorists opened fire on U Aung Kyaw. As a result, U Aung Kyaw died on the spot. Additionally, the terrorists robbed four mobile phones and two motorcycles, it is reported.
Similarly, at 2:30 pm, while U Zaw Min (53 years old), the village tract administrator and Nyaung Wun Village in Thegon Township of Bago Region, was at his house, six so-called PDF terrorists, arriving by three motorcycles, opened fire on him. As a result, U Zaw Min died on the spot, it is reported.
Similarly, at 6:30 AM, U Aye Than (70 years old), a resident of Taw Tan Village in Myeik Township, Tanintharyi Region, was returning home by motorcycle from Khon Maw Village. When he reached the Myeik-Tanintharyi Road, four so-called PDF terrorists opened fired on him. As a result, U Aye Than died on the spot. Additionally, the terrorists took his motorcycle, it is reported.
According to the above-mentioned cases, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of innocent civilian by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incidents, it is reported.
