Announcement on Establishment, Registration, and Dissolution of Political Parties

The political parties have been applying for permission to establish and register a political party to the Union Election Commission (UEC), and there are 13 political parties that applied for permission to establish political parties, and 50 for permission to register political parties, totaling 63 up to 28 March. Among these political parties, 12 political parties will organize the entire Union and 51 parties only within a region or state. The UEC is carrying out to verify the right to establish and register these parties.In this regard, the specified period to apply for permission to establish and register a political party is over on 28 March. Moreover, 40 political parties that did not apply within the specified period have been automatically cancelled as political parties, and these parties have been canceled from being registered as political parties and the parties have been dissolved, it is reported.
