Armed Terrorists Wantonly Kill Administrative Officials, Government Employees and Civilians who live peacefully in Some Townships

Armed terrorists, based on the one-sided ideology of extremism “Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy”, are committing violent attacks and assassinations by using knives, guns, homemade mines and IEDs against non-CDM staff after forcibly pressuring civil service personnel who are loyal to the State to join CDM as well as others who do not support their terrorist acts after accusing them of “Spy/ Informer/ Dalan” to make administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully, very frightened.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 24 February at 06:00 AM, according to the report indicated that a man was arrested and killed by terrorists in Kyaukgyipauk Village of Htantabin Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. The investigation found that U Maung Nyo, 50 years old, (Father) U Hla Kyine, who lived in this Village, was inside his house when two members of the so-called PDF terrorist group arrived on a motorcycle. The terrorist group proceeded to arrest U Maung Nyo and take him to the Talineaine Village Road where they killed him by gunshot. U Maung Nyo was found dead at the scene with gunshot injuries.
Similarly, at 11:40 AM, according to the information indicated that Village Administrator was killed by gunshot at Latetike Village of Taungdwingyi Township, Magway Region, security personnel went to the scene to inspect. The investigation found that Village Administrator U Soe Myint, 53 years old, (Father) U Tun Kyi, who lived in this Village, was on the road near a shop of the Village when three male terrorist (under scrutiny) arrived on two motorcycles. The terrorist group shot him and immediately fled from the scene. U Soe Myint was dead at the scene with gunshot injuries on his forehead and left abdomen.
Likewise, at 12:20 PM, according to the report that gunfire had occurred at the Happy Teashop located on the Bogyoke Street of No.10 Ward, Mawlamyinegyun Township, Ayeyarwady Region, security personnel dispatched to scene to investigate. The investigation found that U Kyaw Tint Oo, 59 years old, (Father) U Kyaw Soe, who lived in No.12 Village, was sitting at the front table of the Teashop together with his friends when two male terrorists (under scrutiny) arrived on a motorcycle. The terrorists shot him with gun and fled from the scene. Due to this gunshots, U Kyaw Tint Oo sustained injuries on his chest and urinary tract and was transported to Mawlamyinegyun Township Public Hospital for medical treatments. 6 bullet shells of S&B 9x9 21 and one bullet projectile were seized near the scene.
Similarly, at 01:20 PM, according to the report that a man was dead with gunshot wounds on the Village Connected Road of Panya Village and Tonekone Village, Mattaya Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went and inspected. The investigation found that Village in Charge/ 100-Household Administrator U Thaung Han, 71 years old, (Father) U Bo, who lived in Panya Village, was traveling on a motorcycle to his son house located in Tonekone Village, and when he arrived at the scene, terrorist group (under scrutiny) killed him with a gun. U Thaung Han was found dead at the scene with gunshot injuries on his head.
Likewise, at 08:00 PM, U Kyaw Lue, 60 years old, (Father) U Arr Bular, who lived in No.3 Ward of Motesoekyun Village, Kyaikmayaw Township, Mon State, was inside in his house when three terrorists of the so-called PDF terrorist group arrived on a motorcycle. The terrorists killed him with gun and immediately fled from the scene. U Kyaw Lue was dead at the scene with gunshot injuries.
Similarly, on 25 February at 07:30 AM, according to the report that the Village Administrator was killed with gun by terrorists at Sinchayphone Village of Tanintharyi Township, Tanintharyi Region, security personnel went to the scene and inspected. According the investigation, it is found that Sinchayphone Village Group Administrator U Yan Aung Soe, 48 years old, (Father) U Tin Soe, who lived in Laltaungyar Village, was near this Village group Administration Office when approximately 12 members of the so-called PDF terrorist group arrived and shot him with a gun. U Yan Aung Soe was dead at the scene with gunshot injury on his head.
Security Force Members are continuing necessary actions to identify and arrest those terrorists who committed wantonly killings and assassinations against administrative officials, government employees and civilians who live peacefully in the abovementioned cases based on the one-sided ideology of extremism ‘Everyone who differs from my attitude is my enemy’, it is reported.
