Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing held discussions with Prime Minister His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah of Kuwait on the phone on 5 July. They held cordial discussions on bilateral friendship, cooperation and promotion of relations, it is reported.
