Commander-in-Chief (Air) Holds Discussion with a Delegation led by the Air Chief Marshal of the Royal Thai Air Force

The Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung welcomed a delegation led by the Air Chief Marshal Punpakdee Pattanakul of the Royal Thai Air Force and wife, who pay an official goodwill visit to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, at the Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw with a Guard of Honour on 22 November.
Then, the Commander-in-Chief (Air) held discussion with the Air Chief Marshal of the Royal Thai Air Force. Both sides frankly and openly discussed issues related to the Myanmar-Thailand mutual friendship visits, sending of trainees, enhancing the relationship between the two air forces of the two countries, relief measures against natural disasters, technical information exchange, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADR).
After the discussion, the Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung and the Air Chief Marshal of the Royla Thai Air Force exchanged commemorative medals and took a documentary photo with the attendees.
In the evening, the Commander In Chief (Air) General Tun Aung hosted dinner of honor at Kispanadi Hall, Bagan Building of Jasmine Hotel, and the delegates led by the Air Chief Marshal of the Royal Thai Air Force and wife and the senior military officers from the Myanmar (Air Force) attended and enjoyed the dinner together friendly. Before and during the dinner, the entertainment groups presented with the songs.
Later, a delegation led by Air Chief Marshal of the Royal Thai Air Force paid homage to Uppatasanti Pagoda and Maravijaya Buddha Image, and offered flowers, water and oil lamps to the Buddha images.
