Innocent Civilian Stabbed to Death by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Salin Township of Magway Region

     The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorist groups known as the so-called PDFs. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.
     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 13 February 2026 at 9:30 PM, while U Than Lwin (57 years old), a resident of Bo Kone Village in Salin Township of Magway Region, was at his chili pepper plantation about one mile southwest of the village, five so-called PDF terrorists arrived and stabbed him to death. As a result, U Than Lwin died on the spot, it is reported.
      According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of innocent civilians by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
