Seminar on Constitutional Law and Adjudication Paper of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union

The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 10:00 AM on 20 March, 2025. Assistant Director, Dr. May Kyawt Mhue and Staff Officer, Daw Lae Yee Htun presented the research paper on “Study on the Case of PP V. KOK WAH KUAN (2007) 6CLJ 341 decided by the Federal Court of the Federal Government of Malaysia”. After the presentation, the question and answer session was followed and the coach U Saw San Lynn, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal gave his fruitful remark. The Chairperson gave his concluding remark and the seminar ended.
