Signing Ceremony of the Plan of Consultations (2018-2020) between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

The signing ceremony of the Plan of Consultations (2018-2020) between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation was held at 1pm on 28 September at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw, and U Myint Thu, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Myanmar and H.E. Dr. Nikolay Listopadov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Myanmar, signed on behalf of the respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In accordance with the Plan of Consultations, the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs will conduct series of consultations on bilateral, regional and international matters of common interest.

Also present at the signing ceremony were Directors-General, Deputy Directors-General and responsible officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Russian Embassy in Yangon.
