The Tatmadaw River-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (ShwePuzun) and riverine boat (Sagu) with the Tatmadaw Mobile medical teams and medical teams from the Ministry of Health comprised of specialists, medical officers and nurses are providing healthcare services to locals from the villages in the delta area along the Ayeyarwady river in the Ayeyarwady region and the Bago region. Similarly, Tamadaw Sea-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (Thanlwin) is also providing healthcare services to local people from villages of Cocokyun township in the Yangon region, Hainggyikyun township in the Ayeyarwady region and along the Rakhine coast. The Tatmadaw River-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (ShwePuzun) and riverine boat (Sagu) provided health care services as follows:

· On 9 and 10 November, a total of 1,560 residents in wards and surrounding villages of Myan Aung township of Ayeyarwady region were provided health care services;

· On 11 and 12 November, a total of 1,157 local residents in wards of Htonebo township of Bago region;

· On 13 and 14 November, a total of 897 local residents in wards and surrounding villages of Pyay township of Bago region.

Tamadaw Sea-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (Thanlwin) provided health care services as follows:

· From 8 to 9 November, a total of 1,197 local residents in wards and surrounding villages of Ngaputaw and Hainggyikyun townships of Ayeyarwady region;

· On 10 and 11 November, a total of 2,009 local residents in wards and surrounding villages of Ngapudaw and Nga-yoke-kaung township of Ayeyarwady region;

· On 13 November, a total of 1,229 local residents in wards and surrounding villages of Myanaung township of Rakhine state;

A total of 8,049 patients including 2,793 patients who need medical treatments, 695 patients who need surgical operations, 337 patients with obstetric/gynecologic diseases, 410 patients with pediatric diseases, 1,260 orthopaedic diseases, 471 patients with ENT-related diseases, 1,566 patients with eye diseases and 517 patients with dental and oral diseases were given medical treatment at the Tatmadaw River-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (ShwePuzun),  riverine boat (Sagu) and Tamadaw Sea-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (Thanlwin). The medics conducted operations on 78 patients who needed to perform general surgery and 65 others who needed to perform eye surgery onboard. Moreover, diagnoses and treatments were also provided to 123 patients who needed to take X-ray scans, 132 patients who needed to take television X-ray scans, 321 patients who needed to receive laboratory tests, 191 patients who needed to take ultrasound scanning and 169 cardiologic patients undergoing ECG procedures.

29 patients who needed hospital treatments were arranged to receive required medical treatments at nearby hospitals. On 9 November, the Tatmadaw River-going Mobile Hospital Vessel (ShwePuzun) and riverine boat (Sagu) helped one pregnant woman from Myoma-Yelae-Kyun of Myanaung township to give birth successfully and that was the first time during the trip, it is reported.
