    In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
    Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 8 March at 02:10 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred at the office of the District of Immigration and Population located in MuSe Township of Northern Shan State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that the two male terrorists arrived on a motorcycle and threw a handmade bomb at the office, which exploded. As the result of explosion, Mg San Day Aung, 17 years old (Father) U Ko Myo, who lived in Kaungmuton Ward of MuSe Township and had arrived at the office at that time, sustained bomb injuries and was transported to the District Hospital of MuSe for medical treatment, it is reported.
    Similarly, at 06:30 PM, according to the report that an explosion occurred between Latwalgyi village and Kyauktadar Village in Madaya Township, Mandalay Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that Carabao Enregy Drink vehicle (license plate no. MDY/ 1P xxxx and Type-Canda) driven by Wai Yan Tun, 29 years old (Father) U Aung Than Win who lived in Aungpinlal Ward of Chanmyatharizi Township and carrying Zawl Naing Htet, 29 years old (Father) U Ye Win who lived in Myaukpyin area of Aungmyetharzan Township and Nay Zaw Hein, 22 years old (Father) U Nyan Myint who lived in Aung Tharyar Ward of Chanmyatharizi Township, was returning after delivering soft drink bottles to Latwalgyi Village, and when they arrived at the scene, a handmade mine planted by the so-called PDF terrorist group exploded beside the road. As the result of explosion, Nay Zaw Hein was dead at the scene with mine injuries and Zawl Naing Htet sustained mine injuries and was transported to the Public Hospital of Madaya Township for medical treatment, it is reported.
     It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incident in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
