Terrorists Carried Out Terrorist Acts with Hand Grenade, Homemade Bomb and Mines by taking Security Personnel by Surprise

In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on March 17 at 07:30 AM, according to the report that an explosion had occurred near Lamone Village in Tanaing Township of Kachin State, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Ngwar Bardar, 60 years old, (Father) U Larkar, who lived in this village, was leaving to Nawbuu creek located near the village to row a fish net when he stepped on a landmine planted by the KIA armed insurgent group, which exploded. As a result of the explosion, U Ngwar Bardar was dead from mine injuries at the scene, it is reported.
Similar, at 03:10 PM, according to the report that an explosion had occurred at the entrance of Nattalin Village in Kyauktaga Township, Bago Region, security personnel went to the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the investigation, it is found that U Thet Khine, 41 years old, (Father) U Khin Maung, who lived in this village, was riding a motorcycle from his house to Kyauktaga Township for shopping, and when he arrived at the entrance of the village, he stopped his motorcycle and going for pee. At that time, he stepped on a landmine planted by the so-called PDF terrorist group and pro-violence members from the KNU group, which exploded. As a result of the explosion, U Thet Khine sustained mine injuries and was transported to the Public Hospital of Kyauktaga Township for medical treatment, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security forces are investigating the perpetrators of the acts of terrorism from the above incidents in order to be able to take effective action in accordance with laws.
