Terrorists Carried Out Terrorist Acts with Hand Grenade, Homemade Bomb and Mines by taking Security Personnel by Surprise

In order to cause casualties of peaceable people and administrative authorities who are working for restoring rule of law, extreme terrorists receiving financial assistance are carrying out destructive activities against public roads, streets and departmental offices with homemade bombs and mines.
Since they are doing such terrorist acts, On 19 February at 07:00 AM, according to the information that an explosion occurred near Pathein-Monywa Highway of Deedotekwin Village, Pauk Township, Magway Region, security personnel were dispatched to the scene to inspect the situation. According the investigation, while U Shein Min Tun, 29 years old, son of U Tin Sint, a resident of that village, went to a forest located on the east of the village and when he arrived at the scene, one homemade mine planted by the so-called PDF terrorist group was exploded. U Shein Min Tun was injured due to this explosion.
At 10:40 AM on the same day, according to the report that one homemade mine was found near the lake of cemetery located beside Budalin-Thakhuttanal Road of Budalin Township, Sagaing Region, security personnel went to inspect the scene. According to the investigation, one homemade mine, made with concrete, that planted by the so-called PDF terrorist group was discovered, and the security personnel proceeded to clear and diffuse the homemade mine.
Likewise, at 01:30 PM, according to the report that two homemade mines were discovered at Kalay District Court of Kalay Township, security went to the scene and inspected. It is found that two homemade mines, made with PVC pipe, had been attached together and buried in the ground near the fence located 50 feets to the right of the District Court, and the security personnel proceeded to clear and diffuse the homemade mines.
Similarly, at 02:00 PM, according to the report that one man with mine injuries arrived at the Hakha Township General Public Hospital, Chin State, security personnel went and inspected. According to the investigation, it is found that U Hta Lar Beik, 63 years old, son of U Chan Ta Lwal, who lives in Zaythit Ward, was walking to home from Charcoal Forge near the Hakha-Gangaw Road, when he arrived at the street of Pyitawthr Ward, one landmine planted by CDF terrorist group was exploded. The explosion caused U Hta Lar Beik’s left ankle to be severed.
Similarly, at 06:45 PM, two Backhoe Vehicles, owned by Thiha Min Swe Company located in Lulay Village, Kyaikhto Township, Mon State, were destroyed by armed insurgents and the so-called PDF terrorist group. The attackers arrived on two motorbikes and threw bombs at the vehicles, it is reported.
Security personnel are investigating to take punitive action against those who committed the terrorist acts in the abovementioned cases, it is reported.
