Combined Team, Including Security Personnel, Repairs Reinforced Concrete Bridge on Kambalu-Sabal Nat Thar Road in Kambalu Township of Sagaing Region, Destroyed by So-Called PDF Terrorists

     So-Called PDF terrorists and their allied groups are carrying out acts of violence, such as laying mines and detonating explosives on public roads and bridges. Their objectives include disrupting the national stability, peace and the rule of law, as well as halting regional trade flows.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 17 December 2025 at 3:30 AM, a report stated that a so-called PDF terrorists blew up a reinforced concrete bridge measuring approximately 27 feet in width and 30 feet in length, located between mileposts 7/4 and 7/5 on the Kambalu-Sabal Nat Thar Road in Kambalu Township of Sagaing Region. Security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation and found that the explosion caused damage to approximately two square feet of the bridge deck. Additionally, the bridge had been blocked with tree branches to prevent the passage of people and vehicles. A combined team, including security personnel, carried out repairs to the damaged bridge and cleared the obstructing tree branches. The bridge repair work was completed on 18 December 2025 at 4:00 PM, allowing people and vehicles to resume normal passage.

     Security personnel are also intensifying necessary operations to take action against the terrorists and respond to their activities.
