Innocent Civilian Killed in Reckless Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Minbu Township of Magway Region

   The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorist group known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing, and killing loyal government employees who are dutifully performing their duties, monks, and innocent local residents.

   Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 14 January 2026 at 3:45 PM, Ma Ei Ei Htwe(23 years old), a resident of Kine Taw Gyi Village in Minbu Township of Magway Region, sustained gunshot wounds when a so-called PDF terrorist group recklessly opened fire while she was at a sunflower plantation about two furlongs east of the village. She was transported to Saku Town Station Hospital for medical treatment. Fortunately, she succumbed to her injuries while receiving treatment, it is reported.

   According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of innocent civilians by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
