Two Innocent Civilians Injured in Heavy Weapon Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorist Group in Mahlaing Township of Mandalay Region

Two innocent civilians injured in a heavy weapon attack by a so-called PDF   terrorist group in Mahlaing Township of Mandalay Region.


     Terrorists are ruthlessly carrying out abductions, killings and armed attacks, using both heavy and small weapons, on wards and villages, as well as conducting drone strikes, all with the intent to harm civilians and spread fear.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 18 November 2025 at 4:45 PM, a report stated that a woman and a child with shrapnel injuries were admitted to Meiktila District Public Hospital in Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victims were identified as Daw Sint Sint Win (aka) Mi Nge (38 years old), a resident of Thal Phyu Chaung Village in Meiktila Township and Mg Hein Htet Aung (11 years old), a resident of Ka Thit Pin Village in Mahlaing Township. According to the investigation, a heavy weapon shell fired by a so-called PDF terrorist group, exploded near Ka Thit Pin Village. As a result, the victims who were at the scene at the time, sustained shrapnel injuries, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
