Innocent Civilian Killed by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Ywarngan Township of Shan State

     In some townships across States and Regions, terrorists motivated by a radical ideology that views “anyone with differing views is an enemy” are conducting violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets are innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts. Using firearms and knives, these terrorists are committing brutal assassinations after accusing them of “spies, informants or decoys”. This strategy is intended to instill fear among peaceable civilians and create a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 25 November 2025 at 7:35 AM, a report stated that a man was killed in Myaing Village, Ywarngan Township of Shan State. When security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Tin Aung Soe (aka) Ba Jen (46 years old), a resident of the village. On 24 November 2025 at 10:15 PM, while the victim was at his house with his wife, Daw Poe Te (26 years old), a group of 10 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and abducted him, accusing him of being a “Decoy or Informant”. The terrorists then took him to a pig butchery located west of his house, where they killed him with steel sticks and knives. As a result, the victim died on the spot, it is reported.

     Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the aforementioned case, it is reported.
