So-Called PDF Terrorist Group Posts Threatening Letter at Ward Administrator’s Office in Danuphyu Township of Ayeyawady Region

     Armed terrorist groups are committing criminal activities, including intimidation, abduction, extortion, killing and sending threatening letters to civil servants, administrative officials, member of political parties and innocent civilians.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 4 August 2025 at 2:00 PM, a report stated that a threatening letter was found at the Ward Administrator’s Office in No. 13 Ward, Danuphyu Township of Ayeyawady Region. Security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, they discovered that a sheet of paper with a handwritten threats in pencil stating that the Ward Administrator and its members would be killed. The paper was attached to a wooden pole at the office. The security personnel seized the paper, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
