          The Seminar was held at the meeting hall of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union in Nay Pyi Taw, at 10:00 AM on 10 October, 2024.  Director, U Aung Kyaw Soe and    Superintendent, Daw Ju No Ko Lay presented the research paper on “the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Bangladesh, Appellate Division, Appeal No.1328/ 2023”. After the presentation, the question and answer session was followed and the coach U Saw San Lynn, Member of the Constitutional Tribunal gave his fruitful remark at the end of session.

The Chairperson and Members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union,  Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretary, Deputy Director General, officials, and Researchers from Ministry of Legal Affairs attended.
