Primary Teacher Abducted and Killed, Social Welfare Association’s Vehicle Robbed by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Minbu Township of Magway Region 

     The terrorists, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorists known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 1 February 2026 at 10:05 AM, a report stated that the body of a man with knife injuries was found dead near Kyun Pyar Village in Minbu Township of Magway Region. When security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Myint Htay, (55 years old), a primary teacher at kyun pyar village the Sub Basic Education High School, who resident of the village. According to the investigation, on 31 January 2026 at 8:00 PM, a group of approximately 10 so-called PDF terrorists arrived by five motorcycles at the village and abducted the victim. Additionally, the terrorists robbed a white-coloured HILUX Double Cab used as an ambulance, bearing license plate No.5G-XXXX, owned by the Myittar Yaung Pyan Social Welfare Association in the village. The terrorists then took him to a plantation field about four furlongs west of the village, where they stabbed him to death, it is reported.

     According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of civil servants by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
