Man Injured in Drone Attack by So-Called CDF Terrorists in Ngazun Township of Mandalay Region

     Terrorists are ruthlessly carrying out abductions, killings, and armed attacks, using both heavy and small weapons, improvised rocket attacks on wards and villages, as well as conducting drone strikes, all with the intent to harm civilians and instill fear among the public.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 11 March 2026 at 10:05 AM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Tada-U Township Public Hospital in Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital to conduct further investigation, the victim was identified as Ko Moe Htet Naing (25 years old), a resident of Thar Yar Paung Village in Ngazun Township. According to the investigation, at 8:30 AM, on the same day, while the victim was working in a palm plantation field located about one mile east of the village, a bomb dropped by a drone operated by the so-called PDF terrorists exploded nearby, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.

     According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate firing of heavy weapons, small arms, improvised rockets and drone attacks by dropping bombs on wards and villages. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
