Innocent Civilian Shot Dead by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Natmauk Township of Magway Region

     The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorist groups known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.

     Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 7 April 2026 at 5:00 AM, while U Kyaw Khine Myal (42 years old), a resident of Htone Pauk Chine Village in Natmauk Township of Magway Region, was at his house, 10 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on him, accusing him of being a “decoy”. As a result, U Kyaw Khine Myal died on the spot, it is reported.

     According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of innocent civilians by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
