The terrorist groups, the Committee Representing Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) and the National Unity Government (NUG), with the aim of nationwide destruction, have formed the terrorists known as the so-called PDF. Under various pretexts, in some regions, they have been arresting, torturing, and killing government servants, monks and innocent local residents, as well as engaging in armed clashes and carrying out attacks in wards and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 7 March 2026 at 7:20 AM, while U Zaw Zaw (45 years old) and his wife, Daw Zin Mar Oo (39 years old), both residents of Kan Pyo Gyi Village in Letpadan Township of Bago Region, were at their house, so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on them. As a result, the couple died on the spot, it is reported.
Similarly, on 7 March 2026 at 6:50 PM, a report stated that a man and a woman with gunshot wounds were admitted to Pain Za Loke Station Hospital in Nyaunglebin Township of Bago Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victims were identified as Ko Ye Paing Tun (30 years old) and Daw Nwe Hnaung (50 years old), both residents of Yae Twin Kone Village in Nyaunglebin Township. According to the investigation, while the victims were at their respective houses, they sustained gunshot wounds recklessly fired by a combined group of KNU and so-called PDF terrorists, resulting in their injuries, it is reported.
According to the above-mentioned cases, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate shootings and killings of innocent civilians by armed terrorists, who intended to spread fear among the public. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incidents, it is reported.
