၁။ ၂၀၂၁ ခုနှစ်၊ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလမှစတင်၍ ပြည်ထောင်စုအဆင့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများနှင့် ပြည်ထောင်စုဝန်ကြီးဌာနများမှ နိုင်ငံ့ဝန်ထမ်းအချို့သည် အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် ခွင့်ပြုချက်မရရှိဘဲ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကို စွန့်ခွာသွားကြသည့်အတွက် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများ၏ အမည်မည်းစာရင်း (Black Lists)တွင် ပါဝင်နေ၍ စိုးရိမ်ပူပန်စိတ်ဖြင့် အခြားနေရာများသို့ ရှောင်တိမ်းနေကြောင်း သိရှိရပါသည်။
၁။ အဆိုပါဝန်ထမ်းများအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့ရောက်ရှိနေသည့်နေရာတွင်ရှိသော ယခင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့သည့် ဌာန၏ရုံးများသို့လည်းကောင်း၊ နီးစပ်ရာမြို့နယ်ခွဲ၊ မြို့နယ်၊ ခရိုင်၊ တိုင်းဒေသကြီးနှင့် ပြည်နယ်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်းများသို့လည်းကောင်း၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသံရုံး၊ စစ်သံရုံးနှင့် ကောင်စစ်ဝန်ချုပ် ရုံးများသို့လည်းကောင်း ပြန်လည်သတင်းပို့ဆက်သွယ်ပါရန်နှင့် ဆက်သွယ်လာသူများအား စိစစ်ပြီး ပြစ်မှုကျူးလွန်ခဲ့ခြင်းမရှိသည့်ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် ပြစ်မှုကျူးလွန်၍ ပြစ်ဒဏ်ကျခံပြီးသော်လည်း Black Lists ဝင်နေသူများအား အမည်မည်းစာရင်း (Black Lists) မှ ဖြေလျှော့ပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။
