ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်(မြောက်ပိုင်း)၊ နောင်ချိုမြို့၌ အကြမ်းဖက်သောင်းကျန်းသူများ၏ အကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ်များကြောင့် တစ်နှစ်နီးပါးပိတ်ထားခဲ့ရသည့် အခြေခံပညာကျောင်း များအား ၂၀၂၅ခုနှစ်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ ၂၅ ရက်နေ့မှစ၍ ပြန်လည်ဖွင့်လှစ်ပြီး ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူများအား စာပေပညာရပ်များကို သင်ကြားပေးလျက်ရှိသည့်အပြင် ကျောင်းအပ်လက်ခံခြင်းကိုလည်း ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးလျက်ရှိရာ ယနေ့တွင် အခြေခံပညာကျောင်း ၁ ကျောင်း ထပ်မံဖွင့်လှစ်နိုင်ခဲ့၍ နောင်ချိုမြို့နယ်အတွင်း စုစုပေါင်းအခြေခံ ပညာကျောင်း ၉၅ ကျောင်း ဖွင့်လှစ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပြီး ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူ ၆၇ ဦး ထပ်မံ၍ ကျောင်းအပ်နှံသဖြင့် စုစုပေါင်း ကျောင်းသား၊ ကျောင်းသူ ၁၀၇၁၂ ဦး အေးချမ်းပျော်ရွှင်စွာ တက်ရောက်ပညာသင်ကြားလျက်ရှိသည်။

ရှမ်းပြည်နယ်(မြောက်ပိုင်း)၊ နောင်ချိုမြို့နှင့် ကျောက်မဲမြို့ကို ဆက်သွယ်ထားပြီး မန္တလေး-လားရှိုး ရထားလမ်းပေါ်၌တည်ရှိသည့် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၁၂၅ နှစ်သက်တမ်းရှိ ကမ္ဘာကျော်ဂုတ်ထိပ်မီးရထားလမ်းတံတားအား TNLA အကြမ်းဖက် သောင်းကျန်းသူများက စစ်ရေးနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ဆင်ခြင်တုံတရားကင်းမဲ့စွာ မိုင်းထောင်ဖောက်ခွဲဖျက်ဆီးခဲ့မှုအပေါ် ပြည်သူလူထုတစ်ရပ်လုံးက လုံးဝလက်ခံနိုင်ခြင်းမရှိဘဲ ကန့်ကွက်ရှုတ်ချ လျက်ရှိသည့်အပြင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီးကလည်း အဆိုပါအကြမ်းဖက်လုပ်ရပ် အပေါ်ပြင်းထန်စွာကန့်ကွက်ရှုတ်ချကြောင်း သဘောထားထုတ်ပြန်ချက်များကို ဩဂုတ် ၂၅ ရက်မှစ၍ အသီးသီးထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ကြသည်။

ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံအပါအဝင် အိမ်နီးချင်းနိုင်ငံအချို့ကို တစ်ဆင့်ခံဖြတ်သန်း၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွင်းသို့ နယ်စပ်လမ်းကြောင်းများမှ တရားမဝင် ဝင်ရောက်လာပြီး ကရင်ပြည်နယ်၊ မြဝတီမြို့-ရွှေကုက္ကိုလ်၊ မဲ့ထော်သလေး (KK Park) နှင့် ကျောက်ခတ်နယ်မြေများတွင် အွန်လိုင်းလောင်းကစားမှုများ၊ အွန်လိုင်းလိမ်လည်မှုများ၊ ဒုစရိုက်မှုများကျူးလွန်ခဲ့ကြသည့် အိန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံသား ၃၇ ဦးနှင့် အင်ဒိုနီးရှားနိုင်ငံသား ၂၀ ဦး၊ စုစုပေါင်း ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံသား ၅၇ ဦးတို့အား မြန်မာ-ထိုင်းအမှတ် (၂) ချစ်ကြည်ရေးတံတားမှတစ်ဆင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာနိုင်ငံများသို့ လူသားချင်းစာနာထောက်ထားမှုနှင့် နိုင်ငံအချင်းချင်း ချစ်ကြည်ရင်းနှီးမှုတို့ကိုရှေးရှု၍ ဥပဒေလုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနှင့်အညီ ထပ်မံလွှဲပြောင်းပေးသည်။

တိုင်းဒေသကြီးနှင့် ပြည်နယ်များရှိ မြို့နယ်အချို့တွင် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်ရှိ သူများအား ပြည်သူလူထုအတွင်း အကြောက်တရားများ လွှမ်းမိုးစေရန်လည်းကောင်း၊ ၎င်းတို့နှင့် အမြင်အယူအဆမတူသူ အပြစ်မဲ့ အရပ်သားပြည်သူများအား “သူလျှို၊ သတင်းပေး၊ ဒလန်” ဟုစွပ်စွဲ၍ လည်းကောင်း၊ “ငါနှင့်မတူ၊ ငါ့ရန်သူ” ဟူသည့် တစ်ဖက်သတ်အစွန်းရောက် ဂိုဏ်းဂဏစွဲအပေါ် အခြေခံကာ လက်နက်ကိုင်အကြမ်းဖက်သမားများက ဓား၊ သေနတ်များ အသုံးပြု၍ ရက်စက်စွာ လုပ်ကြံတိုက်ခိုက်၊ သတ်ဖြတ်ခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

It has been learned that the Gokteik Viaduct, located on the Mandalay–Lashio road linking Nawnghkio Township and Kyaukme in northern Shan State, was destroyed on 24 August 2025. The Goteik Viaduct, a railway bridge with a lifespan of 125 years, has long been preserved and maintained by the State and local people as one of the country’s most prominent and historic landmarks. This act of destruction has caused not only severe impacts on public transportation, security, and the daily lives and economic activities of local communities, but also damage one of Myanmar’s historic heritages.
According to the Bridges Law, it is prohibited to deliberately destroy or damage major bridge structures, or to engage in any acts that may affect the durability and long-term stability of bridges. The destruction of the Gokteik Viaduct constitutes an act intended to damage or cause the loss of vital public or private infrastructure, and therefore amounts to an act of terrorism under Section 2 (c) of the Counter-Terrorism Law.
The international community, including the United Nations, has recognized that all acts of terrorism as criminal offenses that threaten the rule of law and security and lack any justification, must be explicitly condemned. The terrorist act of destroying the Gokteik Viaduct has caused a great loss to the nation and its people, and is regarded as an act that threatens peace, the rule of law, and human rights.
