Commission decision according to

State/Region Hluttaw Election Law

Section 75 (b)

1. U Than Htike Aung filed a complaint on the election of U Nay Myo Aung as Representative for Yangon Region Hluttaw Seikkan constituency 2. Union Election Commission conducted an investigation with Election Tribunal under State/Region Hluttaw Election Law Section 69 and Section 75 and made a decision.

2. In the decision of Union Election Commission on Election Complaint Appeal 1/2019 dated 4 July 2019, election of U Nay Myo Aung as Representative for Yangon Region Hluttaw Seikkan constituency 2 was declared null and void and U Than Htike Aung was declared as the legally election representative according to State/Region Hluttaw Election Law Section 75(a).

3. Therefore from the date of this announcement, U Nay Myo Aung is no longer a Hluttaw Representative and U Than Htike Aung [12/Ka Ma Ya (Naing) 002590] is designated and declared according to Hluttaw Election Law Section 75(b) as the Representative for Yangon Region Hluttaw Seikkan constituency 2.
