Civil Servant Abducted by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Phyu Township of Bago Region

     Terrorists have been engaging in battles, carrying out attacks using heavy weapons, drones to drop bombs and improvised explosive devices across towns and villages in various states and regions. Moreover, they are committing inhumane acts of terror and criminal activities-including abducting and extorting money from local civilians and also election commission members, as well as killings.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 16 December 2025 at 7:00 PM, while U Chit Ko Ko Kyaw (35 years old), a ward clerk of the No. 2 Ka Nyunt Kwin (West) Ward Administrator’s Office and a resident of Tha Pyay La Har Village in Phyu Township of Bago Region, was at his house, a so-called PDF terrorists arrived and abducted him, it is reported. 

     Regarding the above incident, security personnel are continuing necessary operations in accordance with standard procedures to identify, apprehend and take action against the terrorists involved, it is reported.
