Two Innocent Civilians Injured in Heavy Weapon Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorist Group in Taungtha Township of Mandalay Region

     Terrorists are ruthlessly carrying out abductions, killings and armed attacks, using both heavy and small weapons, on wards and villages, as well as conducting drone strikes, all with the intent to harm civilians and spread fear.

     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 19 November 2025 at 4:00 PM, a report stated that a man and a woman with shrapnel injuries were admitted to Mandalay Public Hospital in Chanayetharzan Township of Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victims were identified as U Kyaw Naing Win (51 years old) and his daughter, Ma Shwe Sin Moe (13 years old), both residents of Kan Sint Village in Taungtha Township. According to the investigation, on 18 November 2025 at 10:00 AM, the victims were walking to Taungtha Town for shopping. When they reached an area near the Nan Myint Mountain (locally known as such), a heavy weapon shell fired by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded nearby, resulting in their injuries, it is reported.

     It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
