Vice-Chairman of State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win Attends and Watches Final Match of 2023 Inter-Ministry Universities’ Football Tournament and Presents Awards to Winning Teams

The final match of the 2023 Inter-Ministry Universities’ Tournamanet being held with the objective “From University Selection to National Selection” was held at Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw on the evening of 4 July. The Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win attended and watched the event.

Also present at the final match were SAC members, union level officials, union ministers, members of the tourney organizing committee and officials, managers, coaches and athletes of the football teams, university students, faculty members, staff and families of ministries and sports enthusiasts.

After the final match of the tournament, prize-giving ceremony was continued. The SAC members and union ministers presented respectively individual medals, prizes and cash awards to the athletes and winning teams. Then, the SAC Vice-Chairman Deputy Prime Minister presented the championship trophy and K10 million cash award to the first prize-winning team.

After the prize-awarding ceremony, the SAC Vice-Chairman Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win and party cordially greeted the athletes.
