Innocent Civilian Injured in Drone Bomb Attack by So-Called PDF Terrorists in Dawei Township of Tanintharyi Region

     Terrorists are ruthlessly carrying out abductions, killings, and armed attacks, using both heavy and small weapons, improvised rocket attacks on wards and villages, as well as conducting drone strikes, all with the intent to harm civilians and instill fear among the public.
     Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 April 2026 at 3:00 PM, while Daw San Mu (59 years old), a resident of Shan Ma Lal Swal Ward in Dawei Township of Tanintharyi Region, was at her house, a bomb dropped by a drone operated by so-called PDF terrorists exploded nearby. As a result, Daw San Mu sustained shrapnel injuries and was transported to Dawei Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
     According to the above-mentioned case, local residents are condemning and protesting against the indiscriminate firing of heavy weapons, small arms, improvised rockets and drone attacks by dropping bombs on wards and villages. In response, security personnel, in collaboration with local residents, are intensifying security measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the incident, it is reported.
