Service Requirements

The applicant shall apply the recommendation on chemical and related substances for the permission of trading as transit through the nation by filling up"the applying the recommendation on chemical and related substances for the permission of trading as transit through the nation"-(Form-13) together with described documents to the Central Supervisory Board in Ministry of Industry.

Service Fee
There is no fee for applying and taking the recommendation letter.

Application Letter using company letter head signed by Managing Director or Director (Attachment: The copy of National Registration Card or Citizenship Scrutiny Card of MD or Director)

Copy of company registration including of Form VI, Form XXVI
How to Apply
Step (1) - Application for Obtaining the Recommen- dationon Chemical and Related Substances for the Permission of Trading as Transit through the Nation
The Central Supervisory Board shall scrutinize whether or not the facts in Form(13) are completely described and the documents which shall be submitted with attachment are completed in respect of applying under rule 22. It will inform to the applicant if the submission is not inline with stipulations or require the other facts.
Step (2) - Rescrutinizing the application form of recommendation and required documents.
Step (3) - Signing of Chairman and Secretary of Central Supervisory Board
Step(4) - Registering and taking out of recommend- dation
Duration of the recommendation is only valid for (6) months.
If the applicant can't take out by himself/ herself the recommendation, the agent who is the behalf of applicant shall bring the original National Registration Card and the copy of it together with authorization letter.
