1. The Ministry of Health and Sports has recorded 181 confirmed cases of local transmissions of COVID-19 in Rakhine State, and has found the related cases have reached other regions and states.

2. Therefore, those from Rakhine State who made their visits to other regions and states for any reasons since 10-8-2020, or those who visited Rakhine State and returned to their regions and states are to inform the nearest health centres, relevant departments and organizations for undergoing medical examinations. They also need to stay at the designated community-based facility quarantines for 21 days in adhering to orders and directives strictly for control measures against COVID-19.

3. Action will be taken against those who fail to abide by orders and directives under the Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases Law.
